Privacy policy

We collect as little personal information as possible. This policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles and, for visitors from Europe, the GDPR.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Until then no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

Contact form

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by Web3Forms. We use your name and email only to reply and keep messages for up to two years.

Booking links

When you click a booking link you go to our partner's website (currently Booking.com), where their privacy policy applies. We don't receive your booking or payment details.

Location

The Hotels near me page asks your browser for your location only when you click the button. The nearest stays are worked out in your browser; your location isn't sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
